Refund & Support Policy

Short version: if a product doesn't work for you, email support@wanasdigital.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll sort it out — refund or fix, your choice.

Digital products (e-books, prompt packs, courses)

Because these are instant-download digital products, we don't offer refunds simply for "changed my mind" once the file has been downloaded. But if:

Coaching sessions

If you need to cancel or reschedule an AI Strategy Session, let us know as early as possible by emailing support@wanasdigital.com. Sessions cancelled with reasonable notice are refunded in full.

How to request a refund

Email support@wanasdigital.com with your order email/receipt and what went wrong. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
