Refund & Support Policy

Digital products (e-books, prompt packs, courses)
Because these are instant-download digital products, we don't offer refunds simply for "changed my mind" once the file has been downloaded. But if:
- the file is corrupted, missing, or you can't access it,
- the product isn't as described, or
- you have a genuine issue with what you received,
— contact support@wanasdigital.com within 14 days of purchase. We'll either fix the issue or refund you in full.
Coaching sessions
If you need to cancel or reschedule an AI Strategy Session, let us know as early as possible by emailing support@wanasdigital.com. Sessions cancelled with reasonable notice are refunded in full.
How to request a refund
Email support@wanasdigital.com with your order email/receipt and what went wrong. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
